Our Services
Every type of housing disrepair claim, handled on a No Win, No Fee basis.
Under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018, landlords are legally required to keep rented properties in good repair. If they fail to do so after being notified, tenants have the right to claim compensation and force repairs. MZJ Group handles all of the following disrepair types.
Damp & Mould
Persistent damp and black mould growth are among the most common housing disrepair issues in the UK. They pose serious health risks, particularly for children, the elderly, and those with respiratory conditions. If your landlord has been notified and failed to treat the root cause, you are likely entitled to claim.

Mould caused by landlord negligence — structural faults, inadequate ventilation, or failed damp-proofing — is distinct from condensation caused by lifestyle. We assess your specific situation.
Claim for MouldLeaks & Water Damage

Mice, rats, cockroaches, and bed bugs arising from structural defects (holes in walls, broken drains, inadequate sealing) are the landlord's responsibility. If an infestation is due to the property's condition, we can help you claim.
